On September 13th this year, my amazing wife and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary.

Mom's Club Designs

My wife is involved in "MOMS Club". In that organization, they have numerous playgroups for different ages. Each playgroup has a animal name. So I created these animal designs for their groups.

Daughter's 6th Birthday Disneyland Invitation

Wow, has it really been almost 2 1/2 years since my last post? Life sure goes fast. Well I am gonna change that now. Over the next few days, I am gonna post a bunch of stuff that I have done since my great hiatus. First up is this piece. My daughter turned 6 yesterday. For her birthday, we took her and her brother, plus 2 of her best friends on a marathon day (10 hours) to Disneyland. Here is the illustration on her invitation card.

College Graduation Announcement

My brother in law is graduating with a film degree and asked if i could come up with something fun for his graduation announcement.

Illustration Friday: Duet

The last few of my Illustration Friday submissions, I have used my kids as my inspiration. With this weeks subject, I instantly came up with a few ideas that involved my daughter and I. The one idea that I kept coming back to is one of my greatest memories that I still have with her. Over a year ago she discovered the world of "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse". At the end of an episode, all the characters do a dance to the "Hot Dog" song. No matter what i was in the middle of doing, we would jump in front of the television and dance along with Mickey and the gang.

When it comes to playtime, nothing can compare to my children's favorite toys. For Elizabeth, its her husky and Cinderella dress. For Parker, its his teething ring.
